JOLLY BITULEX
JOLLY BITULEX ACOUSTICAL CEILING TILES are manufactured from Cane Bagasse with ten percent bitumen impregnation. The tiles are low density fibreboards. On account of a very lagre number of air-cells formed during manufacture, Jolly Bitulex Ceiling Tiles have excellent thermal and sound absorption qualities.

They are perforated in Regular, Random and Fissured designs. Unperforated, white faced plain ceiling tiles are also available. Thickness: 12mm, 18mm. Other thickness available against specific requirements, Size: 600 mm x 600mm.

Jolly Bitulex Ceiling Tiles can be most effectively used for acoustical correction and thermal insulation in recording studios, cinema houses, auditoriums, homes and any other palce which requires acoustical corrections.

JOLLY ROCKWOOL NON-COMBUSTIBLE CEILING TILES  

Jolly Rockwool Non-Combustible Ceiling Tiles are a product of Basalt, a volcanic rock that melts at 1350^oC. Its fibres will resist temperature up to 800^oC. The tiles guarantee optimum fire protection and meet the latest international non-combustibility fire standards and laws.

Jolly Rockwool Ceiling Tiles comply with DIN Standard 4102 and also with the British Standard BS 476 as fire protecting building material. The tiles are ideal for use in all types of buildings and the only ones that can be specified where the highest rquirements of fire protection are necessary. The tiles offer effective sound control and are environmentally friendly manufactured without the use of substances such as Formaldehyde.

Jolly Rockwool Ceiling Tiles are available in a white prefinished surface. The tiles are initially introduced only in the Fissured design. However, the Random and Regular perforated designs can be factory supplied against custom orders. The tiles are available in 60 cms X 60cms. X 15mm. Other sizes on specific request subject to availability.

QUICK-FIX CEILING SYSTEM
 

Quick-Fix provides a versatile and aesthetic support grid with specific benefits. Superior quality, spring grades steel is galvanised and heat treated to resist corrosion and improve durability. The steel is then roll formed and precision die cut into grid components for easy assembly and smooth operations. The exposed surface is provided with aluminium capping specifically to prevent corrosion. The aluminium capping is further powder coated to a smooth satin finish to enhance aesthetics. Quick-Fix is prefinished, ready to use and can be installed quickly. And finally, Quick-Fix is economically priced; a definite cost saving over conventional ceiling suspension systems.
